In November 2008 after the presidential election Barack Obama promised to fix America’s “crumbling roads and bridges” with his trillion dollar Keynesian stimulus plan.

A trillion dollars and five years later, Barack Obama is still pushing to fix America’s “crumbling roads and bridges” once again.
Obama pitched his roads and bridges plan in Miami, Florida in 2013.
