Delaying these trials for these types of massacres is only for one purpose.   To dull the senses of the public....with the thinking that it would be easier to judge guilt or innocence without the human need for revenge.

Ask the mother of the little 10 year old who by chance....or maybe intentionally, was standing right next to the bomb.

Fry this SOB yesterday.   I don't forgive.   That's God's job.

Go ahead and drop the possibility of the death penalty.

Change the charges to a misdemeanor, give him credit for time served then release him.

Make sure that he is released on a Friday night somewhere in the North End, that there are lots of public service announcements as to the exact time and place that he will be released, and that all LEO's find themselves busy elsewhere for an hour or two after he's dropped off.

Perhaps some of his friends will be there to protect him when he's dropped off.

That would be an unintended bonus.

It would also be quite nice if his lawyer was there to make a statement also.

Something tells me this guy ain't gonna get the death penalty.

It's Boston, one of the most liberal towns in the country.

It's the Obama administration. Who here believes that B. Hussein Obama is going to sign (or otherwise approve) the death warrant (it's a federal court trial, right?) for a brother muslim?
