The Daily Caller reported that John Boehner’s main challenger, Tea Party candidate J.D. Winteregg was fired from his job as adjunct French instructor at Cedarville University over his “Electile Dysfunction” ad. I received word of the firing the night before the story broke, and was asked by my source to sit on it until it was made public. The ad is a take on the Cialis commercials for erectile dysfunction. It describes John Boehner as having “electile dysfunction,” and unable to “get the job done.” The cure? J.D. Winteregg.

Apparently Boehner wasn’t too keen on the ad, and used his Ohio connections to get Winteregg fired from his teaching position at the university. A spokesman for Cedarville University said that, “Mr. Winteregg in his recent political campaign video did not represent the views or values of Cedarville University,” and that he “concluded his teaching responsibilities.” As of today, Winteregg is still listed on Cedarville University’s website as being an adjunct professor though.

Winteregg posted several Tweets about his firing, and left it up to readers to decide whether it was connected to his challenging Speaker Boehner in the May 6th primary.

CBS News posted an article on the firing on their website, and one reader who identified himself as a Democrat left a comment saying that it was “un-American,” and that he was on his way to contribute to Winteregg’s campaign.

Boehner has been spending large amounts of money on his reelection campaign, something he hasn’t done in years as he was basically a lock against any challengers. This time it’s different though. A recent poll shows that when going up against any conservative challenger, Boehner only garners 25% support in his district. Is Boehner running scared? It would appear so.

The Tea Party Leadership Fund (TPFL) has spent $320,000 backing Winteregg so far. They are looking for volunteers to help man phone banks, and walk precincts. The PAC is offering to put volunteers up in hotels, and is also paying for their meals. If you’d like to help the TPFL in the campaign to replace Boehner, you can send an email to: oprev@yahoo.com.

That's a serious accusation.

Where is the substantiation for it?

There IS no substantiation for it. Newsninja regularly makes shit up.
