Reporter to Chicago Mayor Emanuel: Was CNN Show an “In-Kind Contribution to Your Reelection?”

William Kelly, from Communities Digital News, confronted Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel at a press conference this week. This was Emanuel’s first press conference since a political firestorm ignited last week over released emails showing collusion between “Chicagoland” producers and the Mayor’s senior advisers.

William Kelly asked Emanuel:


“Will CNN be reporting the cost of the production as an in-kind contribution to your campaign for reelection?”
