I was just about to post this myself.

I wanted to say that I agree this movement is real, and the one person who can possibly unite both sides is Rand Paul.  If he were to bring in the young, left-leaning libertarians while managing to hang onto the SoCons, it would represent a seismic shift in American politics.

Run again, Ralph, run!

Get this guy on the ballot in the purple states, and give him money.

Let him do for the Pubbies what he did for them in Florida fourteen years ago!

Nader won more than 5 times the votes, of Buchanan in Florida, 2000.

He won more than twice the votes of Buchanan, Browne the Libertarian, and Phillips the Constitution 3rd party guy combined.

It is instructive to look back at these people. Buchanan was a really big deal among "true conservative" circles, some expecting him to pull a surprise victory. He actually got 4/10 percent of the popular national vote.

Soon after 9/11/2001 the Libertarian candidate Harry Browne blamed it on the US.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree with almost everything Ralph Nader said.  The world has finally turned upside down.

Nader has intermittent moments of lucid behavior but is basically a raving lunatic.

I agree with one thing though, Run Ralph Run. Suck away some of those ractical leftist votes that would normally go to the dem.  I'll send money to that.

Trojan Horse.  He's the type who brings in the vote of conformists in the guise of free thinkers.
Why?  Well, because I'm a bastard, that's why.
