It isn't owned by the Bank of Utah, but a Bank of Utah Trustee. Big difference. IE, it is owned by a private individal's trust, not the bank itself. That individual may not even be a US Citizen, they may be from Canada for all we know.

I can't find any recent domestic flight plans tracked or registered for that aircraft. It may have been sold off to a foreign individual a long time ago and registration just hasn't been updated.

No domestic activity since 2010. I bet it was sold a long time ago and the registration never updated.

It is kind of funny watching the conspiracy theories around it. I did post this as a comment on the article but how often do they read that stuff?  The Bank of Utah is one of the largest aircraft holding trusts in the world. They own the NAFA, National Aircraft Finance Association.
