Muslims Beat Their Wives, UN Human Rights Commissioner Blames Israel

You obviously can’t blame the wife-beating Muslims. That would be Islamophobic.
In her recent report to the U.N. Human Rights Council, High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay revives the bizarre charge, made by one of her colleagues in 2005, that when Palestinian men beat their wives, it’s Israel’s fault:
So how does that work exactly?
Women with husbands explained that the dire economic situation and the pressures of the occupation have made men more violent because they have lost their ability to provide and protect — two essential elements of manhood in a traditional patriarchal society. As men become stripped of their manhood, women become the shock absorbers of the crises as targets of domestic violence.
Shock absorbers? That’s the PC term for punching bags.
So Muslim men react to setbacks by beating their wives.
And it’s Israel’s fault for not pandering more to the wife-beaters when they shoot rockets at Israeli cities, so that they won’t feel down and beat their wives black and blue.
Why do Muslim men beat their wives in Saudi Arabia and Egypt? Because their anger at Israel leaves them feeling more violent and they take that out on their wives.
Won’t Israel please stop forcing Muslims to beat their wives?
