If you use the historical definition of "liberal" it definitely does.

But present day "liberals" haven't been open minded, or tolerant to the ideas of others for decades.
Character still matters.  It always matters.

I will switch on my tablet first since there is less usage.

About 200 browsers but I will select one that is also available for desktop.
