Brown is a big RINO, but probably is as good as we can hope for in NH since it is becoming Vermont.  He is a carpetbagger, but so was Hillary.

At least Scott Brown was born here in New Hampshire.

His prospective opponent, Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-Obama's butt) is from Missouri, but oddly, no one calls her a "carpet-bagger". Scott is definitely a squish on some issues, but he'd be a huge upgrade over Queen Jeanne, and might also help Republicans take over the Senate from Harry Reid (D-Casino Mobsters).
Liberalism isn't really about making the world a better place. It's about reassuring the elites that they are good people for wanting to rule over it.

Agreed. The New England states may never elect a True Conservative (tm) but he'd have to be better than the alternative.
