Yes, the registration is good. But how do they do in voter turnout? Some cities, like Philadelphia, get repeated turnouts of >100%. Wasn't it a 125% voter turnout that defeated Romney? And Baltimore always gets exactly what they need to defeat the GOPer, be that more or less than 100%. 100% is an arbitrary number.  :silly:
