An 82-year-old Staten Island man fatally shot himself Friday evening after shooting his daughter-in-law dead and blasting his son in the face, police sources said.
“Someone shot my wife!” neighbors heard the distraught male victim scream.
The senior citizen first shot his 47-year-old son in front of a Rosebank house at about 6 p.m., then blasted his son’s 28-year-old wife in the head in the home, cops said.
The shooter then drove five blocks before shooting himself in his car, say cops and witnesses.
The woman, whose name was not released, was taken to Staten Island University Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The male victim was taken to Staten Island University Hospital where he is in critical condition.
The shooter was taken to Richmond University Medical Center but died from his self-inflicted wound, a police source said.
First responders took a child from the house, police said.
“They’ve fought outside before — we’ve heard them fighting,” neighbor Linda Wu told The Post of the fractious family.
The Rosebank house is down the street from the home where pop singer Christina Aguilera lived as a baby.
