Liberal Fox News contributor Tamara Holder had a rare moment of sanity Friday agreeing with Sean Hannity’s criticism of the Obamas, prompting him to declare, “Hell just froze over!”
Recapping an embarrassing week of misguided priorities for President Obama on “Hannity,” panelist Peter Johnson Jr. took aim at the missteps along the way.
“Is this the image of our president, whether he’s wearing mom jeans or picking out the brackets?” he asked. “Or he’s with Zach Galifianakis and they’re being cute with each other, and demeaning the presidency. And nobody can get a job. And people are afraid of the stock market. And Crimea and Russia [are] in the dumper.”
Hannity gave his take on Michelle Obama’s comment from years ago about how she felt about the country.
“For the first time in my adult life, I am humiliated for my country because we are being embarrassed on the world stage,” he said. “Fifty million Americans on food stamps, 50 million Americans in poverty, 92 million Americans not participating in the labor force and Michelle is going on a junket that we’re paying for to China?”
Holder stepped into the conversation.
“Can I agree with you on this, and with Peter?” she asked.
Hannity said in disbelief, “Hold, on.”
“Hell just froze over!” he said.
Holder went on to say that it was “Obama-speak for taxpayers are paying for my family vacation,” then incorrectly stated that the first lady was spending $84,000 a night on a hotel suite. But then again, it may as well be that much.
