Lena Dunham SNL RatingsThe big NBC promo push for Lena Dunham‘s hosting of Saturday Night Live that included her appearing on Today and Late Night With Seth Meyers did not pay off, even with Girls creator/star discussing/displaying some of her signature nudity on the late-night sketch show. Last night, the Dunham-hosted SNL with musical guest The National averaged a 4.1 household rating in the metered markets and a 2.1 in adults 18-49 in the markets with Local People Meters. That was down 11% in households and down 19% in 18-49 from last week’s show hosted by Jim Parsons. These are SNL‘s second-lowest results of the season in both households and 18-49.

Upon further review of the SNLIVE skit. They were not making fun of Obama in so much as they were painting Putin a bully.

Lena Dunham and her boyfriend Jack Antonoff have friends in very high places, judging by a photo the Fun guitarist shared on Thursday.

In the picture, which was originally taken last summer, the couple are sandwiched between none other than Barack and Michelle Obama, enjoying a 'really sick double date,' as the caption explains.

The 29-year-old musician shared the photo via Instagram just two days before his girlfriend's Saturday Night Live debut, which saw her hosting and acting in the show.

In the photo, Lena and Jack wear similar short-sleeved collared shirts, Jack pairing his with dark blue shorts and Lena wearing a black skirt with red polka dots. The President and First Lady look equally casual.

Judging by their outfits, the shot was taken on the Fourth of July, when the couple were in D.C. for a barbecue at the White House and Jack's band performed. ...
