There are actually a fair number of old Soviet war birds flying in the US that are privately owned.  So as long as they are demilitarized, it is legal.

I'd love to own a TU-95, but currently don't have a parking space for it.  It is one of my favorite aircraft.

yep...they are pretty impressive on a low flyby...the Bears used to always come hunting to photograph US Carriers as they transited in the Pacific.  They would buzz the ship and everyone on the flight deck would flip the commie bastards the bird....
