MSNBC's Maddow: G.W. Bush Is to Blame for Ukraine Crisis

MSNBC host Rachel Maddow charged Monday that the George W. Bush administration's Middle East policy has steered America's current security policy and response to global crises — including the one in Ukraine.

Talking about her new documentary, "Why We Did It," involving circumstances leading to the Iraq War, Maddow told MSNBC colleague Andrea Mitchell that the Bush administration is largely responsible for the nation's current course overseas.

She is partly correct, but mostly incorrect.  Russia invaded Georgia on GWB's watch, and GWB wasn't able to undo that; however, Obama should have learned from that and proactively planned to prevent another such Russian invasion.  He had 5 years to prepare for that and did nothing, even though he knew full well that it would happen again - not just could happen, but would happen - and so it is Obama, not GWB, that is largely to blame for Ukraine.

Obama had a new idea after he scraped Bush's missile defense. He shielded Russia from Iran in it but never imagined lol yeah right- Russia would be the one folks needed shielded from.

Notice in the video Maddow said, our past defines the present and then she took out a huge brush and painted it all President GW Bush's fault.  If her synopsis were intellectually honest she would cite other Presidents. She does not and cannot. Obama could eat a puppy on LIVE TV and she would say he is saving the cats. She is mentally ill and brainwashed.
