Joe Biden: Voter ID Laws Reveal Republican 'Hatred' of Black People

BY JOEL GEHRKE, Washington Examiner

Vice President Joe Biden attributed Republican support for voter ID laws to "hatred" for black Americans, singling out Texas, North Carolina, and Alabama for special attention.

"These guys never go away. Hatred never, never goes away," Biden said during a reception commemorating African-American History Month at the Naval Observatory, according to a pool report. "The zealotry of those who wish to limit the franchise cannot be smothered by reason."

Proponents of voter ID laws say they're necessary to combat fraud, as when then-Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., carried Wisconsin by 11,000 votes in 2004, under dubious circumstances in Milwaukee.

“The reports of more ballots cast than voters recorded were found to be true,” the city police department found in a 2008 report on the prior election, as National Review's Jim Geraghty noted at the time.

The only hatred and zealotry to be found these days is from guys like Biden and his ilk.  This is sickening, and there are many in the black community that can and will interpret this as open season on white people.

Of course old white crackers like Biden have nothing to worry about.

Pardon my French, but that is a pretty damn cynical view of humanity, Mr. Vice President, and certainly unbecoming of a man first in line for the President of the very United States you have just disparaged.
