What is the purpose of this?
It won't pass the House.
The suit would presumably be judged in DC so it can't win.
But even if it could pass or get a fair ruling it can't be enforced.

How do you make the constitutional enforcer enforce the Constitution?

Besides, or more importantly for me, there is no political payoff with this bill.

People inclined to cheer an Obama defeat are already going to vote GOP.  This will inflame the rats and fill their campaign war chests.  and the moderates/LIVs won't know about it unless the rat media tells them how the GOP, in their racist madness, brought suit against the twice elected President of the United States because he tried to fix the Affordable Care Act while the GOP stalled and shutdown the government.

If it had a shot of passing, or catching a fair ruling, or was enforcable then I might say "great job thinking outside the box GOP."

Sadly, these are the people who will pick the next President

So the GOP better find out how to reach them cause most of them ain't watching Foxnews or Duck Dynasty.  Their eyes glaze over when they hear the words freedom, liberty, and constitutional.  They believe President Obama has every right to change his law.  He made it...that's why its got his name on it...Obamacare.
"Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans."  -  President Donald J Trump

Does anybody really want to throw out good, educated and accomplished young people who have jobs, some serving in the military? Really!.....
...They have been in our country for many years through no fault of their own - brought in by parents at young age. Plus BIG border security

The republicans are long on threats but carry a huge deficit in action. :bs:
"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim tribute to patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness -- these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. . . . reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles."
George Washington

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."
Benjamin Franklin

When raising children a good parent learns early that threatening to do something but never taking any action just makes the child more inclined to disobey. We are seeing that happening in DC with nothing being done Obama just keeps on breaking the law. You don't wait for the next election you start using what power you do have to stop Obama from continuing the destruction of this country if nothing is done by election time there won't be anything left to save.
