Director Oliver Stone called President Barack Obama "weak" and lacking a spine during an appearance over the weekend in Washington, D.C. The Platoon director also blasted MSBNC for not challenging the president on some of his administrative bullying.

Stone and liberal journalist Jeremy Scahill of Dirty Wars fame attended a Saturday panel called "Imperial Overreach and the National Security State" at the 2014 Students for Liberty Conference.

Both Stone and Scahill mocked MSNBC for making every excuse possible to forgive Obama's actions regarding military maneuvers and targeted assassinations. Stone went further, critiquing the president as merely an extension of the leader the director profiled in the 2008 film W.

Stone chimed in that while President Obama rallied the progressive base in 2008 with tough “anti-war” talk, he has simply continued and expanded upon the policies of his predecessors. “The man stunned us with a lack of spine,” the filmmaker said. “He’s a weak man.

No one with a brain the size of a pea ever thought Obama was a strong man.

Stone is admitting that he's an idiot.
Character still matters.  It always matters.

I wear a mask as an exercise in liberty and love for others.  To see it as an infringement of liberty is to entirely miss the point.  Be kind.
