Been trying to find a picture of the conference room where they meet. The border runs right through the middle of the table, so neither side ever has to cross the border.  :laugh:

I agree. There must be some trouble in the North that is causing them to come to the table.

I am wondering how the harvest was this year. It's so hard to get raw data that is even semi reliable that it is hard to tell.

But all the background indications of significant unrest are there - talks focused primarily on the economy, increased military drills, preps for a new nuclear test, even the clear out of the Kim family tree may play a role.

Firing up their plutonium reactor again would be another indication - they have a history of starting that thing up then shutting it down again in return for food aid.

The NKs say its a good harvest year but I doubt that. I do agree about the unrest.
