Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz is headed to New Hampshire to address the inaugural Freedom Summit event being held in Manchester on April 12.
The Freedom Summit, an event sponsored by Americans for Prosperity Foundation and Citizens United, aims to "bring grassroots activists from across New Hampshire to hear directly from national conservative leaders on the eve of tax day."
The event hosts say, "The Freedom Summit will focus on how we can get America back on a course that adheres to the conservative bedrock principles the Granite State has been known for and comes just three days before millions of Americans file their income taxes."
Tickets for the summit are already sold out, but those who secured their spots in the audience will see such speakers as Sen. Cruz, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, businessman Donald Trump, Utah Senator Mike Lee, former Speaker Newt Gingrich and wife Callista, Congressman Marsha Blackburn, and American Enterprise Institute President Arthur Brooks.
