This is exactly why we need, built, and must continue to support Guantanamo Bay.  That's where this guy should have been sent in the first place, where he should have been tried by a Special Military Tribunal.

Yes, but all those pirates should have been dead and would be dead if the CIC hadn't been such a flipping coward.
