Justin Bieber hit speeds of 136 miles an hour in his rented Lambo just hours before his arrest ... TMZ has learned.

We've now obtained the FULL GPS speed readout for the evening in question -- not just the period immediately surrounding the arrest.

Check it out.  The GPS map corresponds to the readout.  At 1:23 AM Justin was on the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Miami Beach, heading toward the nightclub.  He was clocked at 108 MPH and within a minute he accelerated to 136 MPH.

The red line is from the readout -- the color appears when the RPM reaches an extreme limit.

Bieber arrived at Set nightclub at 2:27 AM, stayed an hour and then drove away.

Cops claim Bieber was drag racing, but the read shows otherwise -- in the middle of the so-called drag race, he was cruising at 27 MPH -- under the speed limit.

It's almost as if cops knew he was speeding on the Causeway earlier in the evening and were just waiting to make their move.

So the little puke was driving fast. The cops knew it and had enough.

Bieber dodges jail time in reported plea deal

Beliebers rejoice!

Teen idol Justin Bieber will avoid jail under a plea deal reportedly offered for his drunken-driving charge in Florida.

The 19-year-old singer — who was cuffed in Miami last month after an alleged drag race and charged with driving under the influence — was also facing charges of resisting arrest.

Under the deal, prosecutors would drop the charges if Biebs pleaded no contest to reckless driving.

The Canadian pop star would agree to up to nine months of random drug tests and submit travel plans to authorities so they can monitor his blood-alcohol levels.
There's no truth to the rumor the US and Canada had a bet going that whichever team lost the Olympics hockey match had to keep him. Otherwise, I expect the US would have played harder.

Too bad mountaineer......that lad could use three months in Gen Pop to get his attitude right.  He'd sure be able to cultivate that high pitched boyish singing voice of his too....no soap on a rope for Beebs......

Oops, spoke too soon:  Thanks, but no thanks: Justin Bieber to REJECT prosecutor's plea deal after refusing to volunteer for random drug testing:

Pop star Justin Bieber is about to reject a plea deal over demands he should submit for random drug testing, reports say.

The 19-year-old, who was arrested in January, is facing charges in Miami, Florida, of resisting officers and driving under the influence.

The State Attorney was alleged ready to drop both charges if Bieber agreed to undergo random testing for substance use and commit 40 hours of community service, but sources say the singer will reject the offer in a sensational turn of events.  ...

Meanwhile, Bieber is reportedly fighting with Florida police over a video that shows him peeing in a jail cell after his arrest for DUI last month.

Miami police have already released one video of the pop star's arrest, showing the 19-year-old getting a pat down at the station.

But Bieber is afraid of a more embarrassing video which shows him urinating and his lawyers are currently asking the court to block the video from being released because it shows his 'private parts'.

According to his lawyers, the video shows Beiber in 'various states of undress which show personal parts'.

A source who has viewed the video told TMZ: 'Justin is seen several times stumbling around while he was taking his tests. As if he had a problem with his balance ... [the video] also shows Justin taking his various tests and eventually taking a piss.

'The stumbling and going to the bathroom is obviously reason enough for his attorneys to request it be sealed ... If I was trying to paint a picture that my client was innocent ... I wouldn’t want a video of him stumbling around and looking out of it to go public either.  ...
