Illegal ObamaCare Changes for February 7th

Obama announced Thursday that he might allow people with canceled plans to keep their plans until after the 2016 presidential election. It is another unconstitutional change to the ObamaCare law.
The Administration is lawless.
The employer mandate has already been suspended until 2015.
Obama does whatever he wants and there appears to be no way to stop him.
In another development in Maryland, prisoners will receive ObamaCare and Medicaid, shifting their state costs to the nation’s taxpayers. It is doubtful that Mr. Obama will complain.
Bloomberg reports that Maryland will shift to the federal government, i.e. the US taxpayer, some of the more than $6.5 billion in annual state costs for treating prisoners.
The officials claim it will reduce recidivism. A healthy prisoner makes a healthy life I guess.
Governments generally must provide prisoners health care. Medicaid can’t be used, except when inmates are hospitalized off site 24 hours or longer. That lets a state or county pass on costs for such things as heart surgery or a stay in a psychiatric facility.
It is hard to know where all this money is going to come from.
