Ya know what makes me most worried about Syria??  The proliferation of amateur videos of rebels successfully shooting down armed Syrian helicopters with shoulder fired surface to air missiles.  Many of these weapons have come from Libyan arsenals that were liberated after Kadaffy fell, and I really fear it is only a matter of time till some terrorist group decides to take down some airliners.

Which policy is disintegrating?

The "arm al Qaeda policy?"
The "Let the Russians deal with it policy?"
Or the "Ignore it and hope it goes away policy."

Assad has the Russians,Chinese,Cubans.Venezuelans, Iranians and the North Koreans to deal with first. Any peace deal must include the Iranians and Russians because they have direct contact with Assad and they have men on the ground in Syria.

Staying out of Syria is the wisest course of action right now - and it most definitely wasn't Obama's preferred course of action, contra the author's second sentence.

I'll not discuss that. Let us just say that when someone starts mouthing, targets don't exactly identify themselves and leave it at that.

A sitting President that fails on foreign AND domestic policies.

He is a failure. Notice the state of the union did not mention any foreign policy?

From clash to clunkers to the leaky Arab Spring, he fails.

When does the Republican Party, put in the majority by the Tea Party, plan to honor its commitment to halt the growth of the Federal monolith and bring the budget back into balance"?
