Why not call them illegal settlers? Seems to be fine to use that for people on the West Bank ....

Just another example of how America is becoming a nation of no laws.

Instead of the rule of law, we now have 'dictates' and 'fiats', some of which are ad hoc on the spur of the moment, or based solely on some single judge's opinion, even if they overturn a legitimate public vote, and the expressed will of the American people.

Why do we even have 'laws' anymore, if they can be changed or amended in a moment, and can be applied differently to this person or that person based on the preference of a judge? We no longer have laws in the traditional sense, we now have 'rulers' who tell us what to do, what to eat, what to believe, and what to think, regardless of our own will and opinion.

We are becoming the same kind of police state that exists all over the world. A state where everything is 'illegal' until a judge rules that it is not. And, we are all criminals until we can prove we are not, depending on the whim of some person in a position of authority, and depending on your race, wealth, sexual preference, etcetera, etcetera, etc...

But one fact we know for certain about American Law, is that if you are White, you are screwed. White people are presumed 'guilty'. Black people and other minorities are presumed to be victims, innocent, no matter what they do, or what 'laws' they break. This is the most profound injustice and absurdity of the America legal system, as Sotomayor so adequately pointed out.
You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.

I guess we could revert to "wetback" if she doesn't like the term illegal.

After all, even the federal government used to call them that.

You can call them a ham sandwich, but they're still lawbreakers.

Let's call them colonial imperialists who are trying to colonize America and dispatch the natives.  That would get 0bama's attention right away.

Its insulting to call her a "justice" of the Supreme Court and is impartial when it comes to the law. :3:
"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim tribute to patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness -- these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. . . . reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles."
George Washington

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."

Invading the country and taking jobs away from people who desperately need them is what's insulting, Ms. Wise Latina.

Justice Sonja may have the right to issue her own "opinions", but she does not have the right to her own set of facts...

(apologies to Daniel Patrick Moynihan)
