Not only is Oregon the worst Obamacare exchange out there, but now it looks like they were bilking the feds taxpayers out of millions of dollars with dummy webpages to make it look like their exchange was working:

Obamacare is just another bureaucracy to create a cheating atmosphere against the taxpayer, among the many foibles in the bill.

Obamacare was pushed by a dummy, written by dummies, passed by dummies, and supported by dummies in the public. It was built by dummies and is run by dummies.
 
How could all of this gang of dummies produce a website that was not a dummy website?
