Encouraging indeed!

He was a true artist behind the wheel. Always took the perfect line on every circuit in every condition. Not sure if I'd call him the greatest - I think Nikki Lauda (sp?) might have slightly had the edge - but he's one of the top 3.

Several are rated very highly, including Fangio, Senna, Schumacher and others. Schu has the records.

Fangio and Senna would probably be rated as best pure drivers.

The young German Vettal is destined to perhaps overtake Schumacher's records !!

Fantastic movie about Lauda, "Rush." (and about James Hunt, too)

I had completely forgotten about Senna!

Jenson Button was way up there too - not so much in technical skill, but he was totally fearless.
