It was historic, he blamed his policies on himself while scream preaching like he has an alter ego.

It was mentally insane.

I also think the WH toned down the use the pen usurp congress thing a bit.

The dem talking point is, 'so what,  both Bush's and Clinton wrote more executive orders.'

BUT THE CONTENT of overreaching authority in the EO's is key. For once I agree with the weasel Karl Rove.
