Is this even supposed to be legal for her to do? I know it doesn't matter because they can do what they please is seems. But is this breaking any kind of laws?

Well, I just got notified by Social Security that there's an IMMRA [call it a surcharge] on my Medicare B for my [then non-Medicare D] drug plan. They're taking almost $240 a month out of my Social Security. The good news is my pension plan will reimburse it. The bad news is, not any time soon. And although my income taxes were filed yesterday [electronically], the IRS won't be paying the refund until the end of February.

So, Moochie, I don't think you should look to me for a ten spot. I gave at the pension.  :#@$%:
