Make no mistake about it, the underlying motivation for this statement is just another angle in an ongoing annual attempt to derail the annual US and South Korean military exercises. 

If you saw a machine oscillating as wildly as the rhetoric in these Nork statements do, you would run for cover to save yourself from the flying mayhem when the machine finally came apart...
