We hear that X amount of taxpayers pay X amount of taxes. Time to change it. I think it should be flipped. Tax the poor. There are a whole lot more poor than rich so we won't have to tax people as much.
It would be a reward to the successful. Not only are you getting the hottest women and driving the hottest cars and drinking the best liquor and eating the best foods, you don't have to pay taxes either. You get to keep it all!
