Breakout to where??  I don't think this guy understands the Norks as well as he may seem based on the quantity of his verbage.  The Norks are not interested in breaking out, they are interested in keeping themselves in and everyone else out.  Nork mysticism and myth claim that the North Korean people are so special and so pure that they cannot risk contamination of their race by any inferior outside race.

And the Soviets certainly contributed their share of arms to the Norks, but their primary sponsor always has been the Communist Chinee.  Soviet political influence was minimal at best since the Soviet Communists have never had any use for their little Yellow bretheren...
