"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim tribute to patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness -- these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. . . . reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles."
George Washington

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."

2000-2012?  Well, obviously Bush's fault!
Why?  Well, because I'm a bastard, that's why.

  • Your what hurts??
yep...heroin deaths in the Pacific Northwest, and along the I-5 corridor in particular have spiked dramatically in the past couple of years.  Mexican tar heroin moves almost freely up and down I-5 all the way to Canuckistan.  Heroin use is picking up across the nation because of the new restrictions on oxycontin, oxycodone, and other synthetic opioid painkillers whose overuse is rampant.  As oxy addicts find the pills harder to get and more expensive, they start shooting heroin to get a better buzz at a fraction of the cost.

Heroin and meth are way up in our town...so are seizures, suicide, etc.
