It's a myth that she is smart. In fact she failed to pass the bar exam in DC - it is why she moved to Arkansas where the test was easier and she did pass it there.

And deadly.  47 formers associates have met with untimely deaths, especially those who might have had some dirt on Bile Clinton or her. :bash:
