The biggest problem for them both lies in the Senior Chain of Command, all the way to the top.

The biggest problem is this was said at all, never mind publicly.

A CO has many hats, and one of the most important is morale and discipline. Not just your own squad or unit or brigade - those you work with, too.
Inter service rivalry is best left to the grunts. It's effective there, makes you try harder to show those pansies what a real unit can do.  :laugh:
