Wall Street Journal columnist and former speechwriter for President Ronald Reagan suggests Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid isn't being authentic when says he wants to avoid a government shutdown on CBS's "Face the Nation" on Sunday:

"There's a little jujitsu going on there," Noonan said. "He thinks a government shutdown would be really terrible. I think he would love it."
