Faint condemnation from the Times. You can count on them being De Blasio lap dogs in the dark years ahead.

I can't get over the NYC Sanitation district having their own pastor and he is the one who did the invocation.

The position may have begun as patronage. That's what happens with government. No bottom-line profit to worry about and unlimited income (taxpayers). And so friends and supporters get government jobs. Much of government is a head scratcher for those of us in the private sector.
