It would be huge, particularly in Mexico City, which is a horrendous pollution trap since it sits in the bottom of a bowl formed by a long-extinct volcano.  I recall driving out of Mexico City one time, looking back and seeing a clear line of demarcation, with dark grey pollution below, and clear blue sky above.
