My goodness!!!  Jennifer Palmieri looks nothing like the little tart who defended Bill Clinton during impeachment!

My exact thought! Obama endangered America with this bill, period! He is the one liable for people who die or go bankrupt over his piece of junk legislation.

That's not a threat, it's an admission, albeit as indirectly as possible, that the website is still a shambles and that Obamacare is still incapable of performing on its promises.

It is an abject admission of failure. He is preparing beforehand for all the people who are going to be hurt or killed by Obamacare.
 
He is essentially saying, "Hey, its not our fault. We told you to sign up....!"
 
The implicit accusation is, that you didn't do what you were supposed to do, ergo, its yours and Bush's fault.
