Former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown moves into New Hampshire home
Published December 19, 2013
Associated Press

BOSTON –  The wife of former Massachusetts U.S. Sen. Scott Brown says the couple is settling into its new permanent home in New Hampshire, a move likely to fuel further speculation about his possible future political plans.

Brown is also scheduled to be the featured guest on Thursday night at the New Hampshire Republican State Committee's holiday party in Nashua.

Brown's wife, Gail Huff, told the Boston Herald Wednesday that the couple has sold its home in Wrentham, Mass., and is now living in the home they own in Rye, N.H., "until we decide our next move."

Brown recently launched a political action committee in New Hampshire and has been mentioned as a possible challenger to Democratic U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, though he's taken no formal steps toward such a campaign.

I wouldn't mind at all if he decided to run against our senior Senator "Queen" Jeanne Shaheen, a liberal to the core who always seems to fool people into thinking otherwise, no matter how rigidly she adheres to the party line (lifetime ACU rating: 4.50).

She's also a savage and clever campaigner, so Scott (or whoever does run) will have their work cut out for them.  Brown is not my idea of a conservative, but he'd certainly be an improvement.
"The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. -Alexander Solzhenitsyn

Indeed. When it comes to some parts of the country, most notably New England, we have to take what we can get.

Indeed.  Brown was as good as we could ever hope for in the peoples republic of Massachusetts.  He would at least be an improvement over the democrat here and I think would have a good chance of winning.

He's no conservative, for sure. He's just less leftist than the alternatives.  **nononono*
