Had the Republicans not shutdown the government, this budget deal might have been a whole lot different. 

Given that avoiding another shutdown was the prime motivator, I'm surprised this deal didn't turn out much worse.

And a delay in the sequester was inevitable anyway, given the 40 or so Republicans were intent on reversing the Defense cuts.
Roy Moore's "spiritual warfare" is driving past a junior high without stopping.

LOL!!!   Well, he had 75% of the GOP House with him, so he won the first battle.
