This is being reported in but one state. Could it be a hidden policy in others?

Have you wondered why no hospitals are speaking out against the craziness surrounding Cover Oregon?

We now know why…

Cover Oregon is making their community partners sign a non-disparagement agreement. That means that those community partners are not allowed to speak in a negative fashion about Cover Oregon, or they risk losing their funding.

Legal Expert Bruce McCain joined me on the program today to talk about this unprecedented move…

Bear in mind that OR is one of the bluest of states, is dominated by Dems, and its governor, John Kitzhaber, promised that the ObamaCare program in his state would be a "model for the nation." Now everything in OR has gone south and it's one of the more outstanding ObamaCare failures.

yep...they had to hire 400 temps to help process all of the paper applications they were forced to use when the website failed to launch October 1st, and has still not launched to date.  All of those applications are being "processed" by hand, but if and when they get a website up every one will have to be manually entered.

Wait till January 1st when half of these enrollees finds out they have no coverage...
