Sadly O-Care eliminated childrens hospitals from their list of approved hospitals - along with major hospitals like Cedars Sinai, UCLA, etc...

First off - that is brilliant news!  :laugh:

For things like this though - do you not have a pairing system? In the Houses of Parliament, if an MP simply can not be present for a vote due to illness or a family crisis (such as this) their vote is paired with someone who is definitely going to vote the opposite way and neither vote is recorded. It's an emergency measure, but an effective one.
