algore_slapheadI’m tellin’ you, these people just never give up. If it isn’t Obama telling us to ignore our lying eyes regarding ObamaCare it’s these people trying to justify the need to impose a carbon tax.

Remember that lame movie called “2012″ based on the premise that Global Warming would trigger the next ice age? Well, Hollywood hackery has become the new talking point.

Just a few months ago we were treated to stories like this:

Glaciers in Antarctica are melting faster and across a much wider area than previously thought, a development that threatens to raise sea levels worldwide and force millions of people to flee low-lying areas, scientists said Wednesday.

“Flee low-lying areas”… as if it would happen overnight and without any warning. A veritable tidal wave.

This despite measurements that showed Antarctic sea ice growing thicker. When they could no longer refute that finding, they tried to dismiss it as the effect of shifting wind patterns… the result of Global Warming, of course.

Well today we’re treated to two new stories:

WASHINGTON (AP) — Feeling chilly? Here’s cold comfort: You could be in East Antarctica which new data says set a record for “soul-crushing” cold.

Try 135.8 degrees Fahrenheit below zero; that’s 93.2 degrees below zero Celsius, which sounds only slightly toastier. Better yet, don’t try it. That’s so cold scientists say it hurts to breathe.

A new look at NASA satellite data revealed that Earth set a new record for coldest temperature recorded. It happened in August 2010 when it hit -135.8 degrees. Then on July 31 of this year, it came close again: -135.3 degrees.

Naturally, the Warmists will shrug it off. After all July and August is mid Winter in the Antarctic. But then, what would they say to this picture?

NSW Australia, 5 Dec. 2013

A charming Winter scene from New England perhaps? No, that’s New South Wales, Australia, taken just three days ago on Dec. 5th and oh, it’s Summer in Australia this time of year.

You can see more pics of the freak Aussie snowfall here:

No evidence to the contrary will ever shut them up, they have too much invested in the lie of man-made global warming. It’s a matter pride, an article of faith in their pseudo religion.

It took them years to finally acknowledge that worldwide temperatures haven’t risen in the last 15 years. And at a time when CO2 levels had reached an all time. Then they scratched their heads and concluded it was just a pause.

But you can only call it a pause if and when warming ever resumes. Until then, it’s a stoppage.

I think instead of endlessly debating these people on any issue, it’s best to just turn a deaf ear. Totally ignore them except to mock whatever cause has them concerned, be it climate change, green energy, pollution or saving the whales.

Most importantly, mock any politician who panders to these fools. Because if we let them have their way, they will destroy the the economy, civilization and eventually the human race.

“Yea, do not suffer the stupid to be taken seriously.”

"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim tribute to patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness -- these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. . . . reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles."
George Washington

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."
Benjamin Franklin
