It looks like Russia is willing to work with the SKs

Far more worrying is that South Korea is willing to work with the Russians.

Another example of the diminished effect of US foreign policy.

South Korea will never forsaken us because there are 30,000 US troops there and they need them against the North Korea. We have a Mutual Defense Agreement that we signed with them in 1953.It created the alliance with South Korea, and established the basis of South Korean adherence with U.S. Government consulations on North Korean policy
