Ya know what we need??  The good old "Rod from God", the original HTTP...the Hypersonic Tungsten Telephone Pole.

Take a 20 foot long 12" diameter solid tungsten rod and put a good guidance and orbital maneuvering system on it and launch it at your target.  When it is several hundred miles overhead, fire a terminal entry engine and drive that sucker straight down into the target at Mach 30+.  It will look like a frickin' meteor strike and will bore a hole in the ground right down to bedrock, maybe deeper depending on the site.

In any case "Arab Smart Bomb" is an oxymoron......

I wonder if their 'smart bombs' have hair under the fins and are clad in burqas for modesty purposes? :silly:
"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim tribute to patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness -- these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. . . . reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles."
George Washington

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."
Benjamin Franklin
