I don't know of anything that makes Commanding Officers more nervous than loading ordnance on their vessel that has a propensity and the capability to blow them all into very small and well scattered pieces.

And then we have the Russians who have never failed to disappoint with the sheer magnitude of their industrial accidents.  When Ivan screws the pooch he really screws the pooch......

This class of submarine and its ordinance has been nothing but trouble from day one. Its has been filled with mishaps and accidents.
