No matter what occurred on that website this weekend they were going to claim this. The only real question is why does anyone believe anything they say?

Doesn't matter.  They'll spike the ball, claim victory, the media will dutifully report it, and the sheeple will believe it to be true.

If they won't even allow the house organ NPR independent access to the data you just know it's not going as well as they claim.

Even if they get the website working, if the fundamental underpinnings like the funding system are not built, then what is being accomplished??  Until payment is made there is no coverage, and right now there is no way to collect money from people or process payments to the insurance companies.  I do not think the insurers are going to sit still for this one for long.
