If there a hundred attacks committed by young blacks walking up to someone and knocking them out, having someone tape the event, and it happens in 70 different cities, it would be very difficult to call them "random."  Are they "organized" in the way of the mafia, probably not.  I don't believe it makes much difference to the victims whether the media calls it organized or random.  That is just the liberal way of deflecting the real issue - black on white violence and racism.
