NEW YORK (AP) -- A federal judge has pushed back the New York terrorism trial of an Egyptian Islamic cleric extradited from Great Britain.

U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest granted the change Monday for Mustafa Kamel Mustafa's (muh-STAH'-fuh kah-MEHL' muh-STAH'-fuhz) trial, which had been set for March.

The new date is April 14. It was requested by prosecutors.

Mustafa is missing his arms just below the elbows. His lawyers said at the hearing he should be moved to a prison hospital. They say his lower Manhattan lockup can't adequately care for him.

Prosecutors say Mustafa conspired with Seattle men to set up a terrorist training camp in Oregon. They also say he helped to abduct two American tourists and 14 others in Yemen in 1998.

He has pleaded not guilty.
